If negotiations again fail so from my perspective Israel could concentrate to talk solution with Egypt and Jordan. I have propagated long for “three-state” approach, where Gaza is returned to Egyptian control and the West Bank in some configuration reverts to Jordanian sovereignty. From my point of view this solution is both pragmatic and doable. (More in A Jordanian-Palestinian Confederation Is On The Move http://arirusila.wordpress.com/2013/01/01/a-jordanian-palestinian-confederation-is-on-the-move/ and The Three-State Option could solve Gaza Conflict http://arirusila.wordpress.com/2009/01/06/the-three-state-option-could-solve-gaza-conflict/ ). If this option is not realisticso then the only solution seems to be annex the main settlements to Israel and finalize the security fence.
