    Dear Bubba, You?re right. Why would a military theocracy such as Israel tolerate dissent? Only modern secular democracies do that. You are right. In a militant theocracy, the judiciary should not defend the rights of man. The supreme court ayatollahs are there to defend the integrity of the Holy Book. Who needs a constitution when G-d talks through the scriptures? You are absolutely right. In a theocracy anyone who attacks the word of G-D is a heretic and must be excommunicated. As G-d?s chosen people, anything anti-Jewish is therefore heretical and must be punished. Burn them at the stake, I say.
