    not sure what #3 is referring to...most ISPs in Israel provide Internet connectivity as part of their standard paid packages. Yes if you want a static/fixed IP address they do charge separately...is that legit - up for discussion ... On the issue of transparency - this is an important article and I would expect to see full financial reports for the association published on the Internet. Exactly what value for money are domain owners getting ? I hope this new lobby will succeed in taking the wraps off this (too) cosy setup. Like so many monopolies in this country it's time to stop milking the public and to come clean.
