    Have to agree with you there, maybe if we could just change the system have just 3 mainstream parties and the party with the most seats serving alone for a fixed term with directly elected MKS we might actually see real politics in this country. Right now all the same faces, most the time same coalition partners so politics is stale because governments want to avoid upsetting coalition partners to avoid an early election and the loosers are the general public because they never get what they voted for because they voted for a party and its policies not the coalition. We get the same old faces constantly being recycled, screw up and all you have to do is go away a couple of years then make your comeback and all is forgiven and forgotten. Coalition government might have been fine when we were nation building in the 50s & 60s but now the country has matured physically but politically we have gone backwards because in the beginning we had just a handful of parties today we are flooded with single issue parties who between them control between them the majority of Knesset seats. Soon as we change the system Israel will be a better country.
