In answer to your question, NO, it's not at all right. Parents prefer to buy guns & ammo instead of pita & humus. The cost of 1 bullet will feed a family of 4 for 1 day. The price of an AK47 would feed the family for a few months. The guns & ammo are sold alongside food in the Souk, Mommy & Daddy must be taught that they can't sacrafice their kids food for nasty old guns. It's Mommy & Daddy's choice to make and consider the consequences.
