was withdrawn. it seems that due to the filtering affect produced by the pall of oppression and futility that lingers over gaza, coupled with the dismal haze of smoke and dust from israeli bombing, the amount of solar energy available to them was insufficient to generate the power needed for their solar powered launcher. because of this, they ended up scrapping their project and withdrawing their entry from the contest. just as well though, nobody with half a brain really approves of their rockets anyway. but i'll tell you what; if YOU think that living in a settlement and attending a university that are built in an illegally occupied territory and supported by a harsh, humiliating, and often deadly military oppression of its indigenous population, is somehow benign and "civilized"... you are sorely mistaken!
