'Questioning the fairness of the courts is to question the justice of the Kingdom and its judicial system based on Islamic law,' claims Justice Ministry.19:30 26.11.15 | 0 comments
L: "Since the WB is a disputed area, it should be split 50-50." In what way is it "disputed", Lisa? If there is an ownership "dispute" then both sides actually have to argue that ownership belongs to them. The Palestinians do i.e. they insist that this territory is theirs to claim. Israel does not; it insists only that some of the territory must be CEDED TO IT. You debase the english language by continuing to insist that the situation in the West Bank is any different than that of, say, a stash of stolen goods i.e. POSSESSION is in the hands of one party (the thief), but that possession does not confer OWNERSHIP. There is no "disputing" that arrangement, and neither is there any "dispute" regarding the West Bank.
