It is regarded as a "chemical weapon" when it is fired into built up civilian areas, and its use as such would certainly amount to a grave violation under Art 146 of GCIV. MV: "Have you ever given thought as to Hamas` motives for co-siting itself with Gaza`s civilian populations?" Huh? Armies aren't allowed to defend their own cities? Since when, Morris? Oh, I see, under Israeli-rules an army is only allowed to defend a city by marching out into an open paddock and waving Big Red Flags at all the friendly planes..... What would the IDF do if a hostile army launched an assault on Tel Aviv, Morris? Go on holidays, or attempt to defend the city?
