Even if we accept that argument (and Caradon himself disputed it) you are still left with this problem: UNTIL those "intentions" are worked out THEN this territory is still merely "Israeli occupied", and therefore Israel's actions are constrained by the laws of occupation. h: "until that is decided israel will live where it pleases." An occupying power is not entitled to "do as it pleases" inside occupied territory, harzion. It is an "occupier", not a feudal warlord. Isn't it about time that Israel lived up to the int'l obligations that come with this occupation, rather than acting as a nation of unscrupulous carpet-baggers?
