    @#22- you took the number of 800,000 Israelis abroad and compared it with Olim that come in any one giveen year. The number 800K is accurate but is for the entire history of Israel for the past 62 years. There have been much more Olim to Israel than from over that time. remember, 800,000 also includes people with Israeli parents and people from failed Aliya families (meaning they weren't fully absorbed necessarily) and people who were born here and left right away. The way to compare is by setting the number of Israelis who LEAVE israel in any given year to the number of foreigners who ENTER Israel in that same year. And last year those numbers were something like 10K left, 16K came... so it isnt as bad as u make it sound.
