What "peace agreements" did Israel "violate"? Israel withdrew unilaterally from Lebanon and so desparate to carry on the "resistance", Hizbollah fabricated an excuse. When it came to delineating the border Hizbollah was not able to come with a single map that showed Shebaa belonging to Lebanon - and there were over 90 that showed they didn't. That Israeli Intelligence "knew" Hizbollah would try to kidnap again is no news, Nasrallah REPEATEDLY said this is what he would do. The issue is knowing WHEN he is going to do it. They foiled 5 attempts and he got "lucky" at the 6th. As for "planning", it is no secret we have an enemy on our northern border looking for an excuse to "resist". The issue is that there was a plan, the issue is that it was not planned enough. If Ganz got the go ahead in early 2005 why did the IDF wait until July 2006 when it had a fight on it's hand on another front? Do you engage your brain when we write or do you have some form of Tourettes
