'All the Americans have to do is get rid of Hamas and the brutal stranglehold they have over the innocent Gazans.' Err, hang on there, Hamas was democratically ELECTED by a large majority in an election deemed fair and accurate by foreign observers. Why would the USA want to topple a democratically-elected government? The world wants to see MORE of them in the Arab countries, not less. The truth is that the only country that wants to militarily topple Hamas is Israel, because Hamas is resisting its occupation and illegal landgrab in Palestine. The Israeli lobby in the USA is pressing America, as usual, to turn a blind eye to Israel's punitive actions against the innocents, whether bombing them in Cast Lead or starving them by blockade. It never mentions the fact that Hamas won the elections fair and square and instead makes up stories about 'brutal stranglehold of innocent Gazans', etc. Israel's crude actions in Gaza are indefensible and show it in a VERY poor light.
