I would refrain, too, from arguing about the racist nature of some passages in Amira's article (i.e. the territory to become "Judaized"). As it often happens in Amira's articles, she reports only half-truth, which is often much more manipulative than the open lie. Both villages are close to the green line, and building the dump site "far from the villages in area C" would certainly mean dumping waste in close proximity of an Israeli town of Maale Hahamisha. But Amira does not write about that, as she does not mention that opening a new dump site in Israel proper also requires "years of exhaustive negotiations" with the relevant administrative bodies.
