You are claiming that justice should - must! - be deferred because it is inconvenient for Brown to see justice being served on his watch.

Look, Cipora, these are the only questions that were relevent to the judge:
1) Is the accused within British jurisdiction?
2) Is the person accused of war crimes?
3) Is there prima-facie evidence of guilt?
If the answer is YES to all three then a warrant for the arrest of that suspect MUST be issued, and it does not - and should not - matter one whit wether doing that embarrasses either Brown or Millibrand.
