It?s nice to see Yaacov continuing his Israel bashing. Yes indeed, it?s been 30 years since 1975, but Yaacov likes to point out the Palestinians plight during that time, and while the occupation indeed continues, Yaacov likes to absent the 30 years actions of the Arab state in support of the goal to destroy Israel. Yaacov prefers to act as if Israel?s occupation occurs in a vacuum. To him, its worthy to mention Israel?s security concerns, so as to completely discount them. Yes, the world hears never again. But as has been seen to many times to count, doesn?t really care. When atrocities continue to occur around the world, a proclamation by the UN for a Holocaust day has no more weight than the NY State assembly?s decision to declare the state berry. But hey, for Yaacov, that?s worthy of divine relief. On the home front, Yaacov likes to think that the world has moved beyond the Zionism is Racism clause. He touts that, hey, its no longer 1975. No, but during the interim, we?ve seen a steady stream of anti-Semetic proclamations coming from the UN and the Arab membership. It was 2000, not 1975 when the debacle at Durban occurred. It was 2002 when the UN falsely declared that it held no evidence of the Hizballah kidnapping and murder of three Israeli soldiers.
