You're right. Israel indeed was looking for a chance to start the war. They have been planning for it officially since they were kicked out of Lebanon in 2000. They were prepared, except it seems for the stocks of guided bombs. But no sweat there, US delivered quickly, along with the fuel for the planes to deliver them and European goverments where happy enabling the "living spirit" of #199 to wreck the lives of Lebanese, kill disabled children in their sleep and then blame the victim for having the audacity to not properly die en masse without causing PR problems. Not to worry though, with that particular problem the 'free press' is always happy to help Israel out. They know the drill. Meanwhile in the Westbank a Committee of Rabbis issued another of their book of Joshua inspired edicts: "Any Israeli soldier showing mercy towards children in Lebanon and Palestine is implicitly merciless towards Israel's children. A living spirit indeed, such a God.
