JB Agreed. Still doesn`t allow Israel to settle. .................... Israel is responsible for security in west bank under hague regulations. since jewish presence makes it harder for hamas to commit terror acts, settlements are legal. Jb Olmert says the starting point for border negotiation is this very wall, which puts a lie to your claim. .... the wall is very expensive. there would not have been public support for it if not for palestinian terror attacks. the fact that olmert hopes to make political/security gains from it is not that relevant. JB If some Israeli citizens are illegally settled INSIDE the WB AND the Pals launch terrorist attacks THEN Israel can`t use that as an excuse to thro a wall AROUND those settlements. That`s illegal. Understand? ... No i do not understand. being a settler does not carry the death penalty under international law, so while they are there Israel has the obligation to stop them being illegally killed.
