" a: "For, under Article 2, the Convention applies 'to cases of' occupation of the territory of a High Contracting Party, by another such Party" Go and read Article 2 for yourself and you'll see that your quote is preceded by the magic words *shall* *also* Which means that there was something **BEFORE** your quote that can render your argument invalid. Perhaps you would be wise to read up on what that is....
