How was Israel's preemptive attack different from the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941? We in America called that attack a "sneak attack?" I don't understand why Israel would renew in the minds of the world the memory of those two weeks. Also, it comes to mind that Israeli planes intentionally attacked the unarmed USS Liberty at that time with the intention of sinking it killing many Americans. And America did nothing!
