What he's saying is that she does have a case against him for ramming her with a shopping cart, assuming she can prove it was intentional... but anti-semetism is a non issue in this scenario. Palestinians and Israeli's have numerous bad things to say about one another (protected under the first amendmant), nothing new here... but physical violence is a problem, and if it was intentional (how could it not be??) then he should, and would be punished.
