Actually just guilty, his report has already been proven poorly researched with many of its criticisms not supported with concrete facts. When you make serious charges you need at a minimum, some corroborating evidence. That simply wasn't the case with this report. Much of this report was made on Palestinian testimony which as will all know cannot be trusted. Because of the now infamous Pallywood and Gaza beach bombing videos(both stories false), proving beyond dispute, that both stories were fabricated...by the Pals...how can we trust known and proven liars. Because we know that the Pal population will lie to further there political aims we can't trust those weak sources. So sorry Natalie, he is guilty and it was proven by his denial to publicly debate the issue with people like Dershowitz who openly challenged the report.
