Perhaps instead of bloviating about what you would LIKE to be the law, you might actually want to look at the jurisdiction of the Court under the Rome Statute (hint: Art. 12 &13). The UNGA has NO such authority; the power lies with the Security Council to make such a reference -- and do I also have to tell you about how the veto works? I'm no huge fan of Israel, but they must love having people like you as their intellectual foils. But do keep us posted with any other hot tips on what "the plan" is...
