What you refer to as Chapter 4 seems to be: Part 2 - OCCUPIED PALESTINIAN TERRITORY: THE GAZA STRIP However, the Part talks about the Blockade, not about occupation. And for your information, there is a difference in the definition of the two terms. The situation in Gaza after the 2006 pullout by Israel does not fit the definition accepted in international law of occupation. There are no Israelis in Gaza, civilian or military. There is a blockade which is a legitimate instrument used in war and whether you agree or not, there is a war going on - both a propaganda war called pallywood and a shooting war. Rockets were fired into Israel during Yom Kippur. And these were not the only ones. So before you make unsupported claims, I suggest you read your sources carefully.
