"We won`t let the other people brutalize us again--That`s what "Never Again" means--Understand??" Of course everyone understands. There is a double standard at work. "Never again" applies only to one race. Israeli's are quite happily applying many of the same things that were never supposed to happen again, now against the Palestinians. Jimmy Carter explained Israeli apartheid in the occupied territories when he wrote, "The driving purpose for the forced separation of the two peoples is unlike that in South Africa - not racism but the acquisition of land. There has been a determined and remarkably effective effort to isolate settlers from Palestinians, so that a Jewish family can commute from Jerusalem to their highly subsidized home deep in the West Bank on roads from which others are excluded, without ever coming in contact with any facet of Arab life." THAT's apartheid Israeli style. Look at the UN fragmentation map of the West Bank... The world is, and time's up.
