yeah i read the editorial, paul... now i suggest you read it again...and pay attention to how it stumbles all over itself... my favorite is this: "...confusion between real criminals and those whose behavior is intolerable." huh? ummmm...so which is ramon? somebody is confused alright...and i think its the author of the article. and this: "...while the case of Ramon touches more on relationships between men and women, on a misunderstanding, on the boundaries of flirtation, matters that it is difficult for the court to rule on, if at all" flirtation is a wink and smile...a knowing look...not a tongue forced into your mouth. and i bet katsav's crime started the same way...how else? if the court didn't find him guilty... no wife...no daughter...no woman...would be safe from a co-worker's unwanted advances...or even some stranger on the street for that matter. the man assaulted her...the court ruled accordingly.
