You just don't get it, do you victor? A "peace agreement" signed by Abbas that gives away to Israel all the things necessary for a viable, independent Palestine can not deliver peace, because the Palestinian people will feel cheated, and with very good cause. Yet this is what Olmert is attempting. This is ALL that Israeli diplomacy is attempting i.e. a "solution" that is no "solution" at all. Just a recipe for endless conflict necessitating continued Israeli repression of a discontented Palestinian people, while the Israelis sit behind their fence an gloat about their ill-gotten gains. Until, of course, the inevitable day when that fence is breached. And that's Israel's idea of "peace", isn't it? Truly, the stupidity and tunnel-vision of the committed zionist is something to behold! You don't get peace by taking what you desire from the weak. You get peace by being generous, thus ensuring a vibrant, viable neighbor that harbors no grudge against your "diplomacy"
