    is because he doesn't buy their Israel firster narrative. It is not Obama who is 'enabling the Pals to sit on their hands and refuse to negotiate'. Bibi and the right engineered that by deliberately excluding E J'sem from the freeze. They don't WANT Abbas to negotiate, they'd have to settle for half the cake. Nobody outside Israel accepts that 'palestine was never more than a geographic definition', so why should Obama? Palestine became a recognised territory in 1923 and remains so now. Not even the USA goes along with the right's endless attempts to delegitimise it. And no court anywhere buys the story that, 'as the Arabs lost the war, and the Palestinians said no to partition, they have to pay a price.' International law doesn't work like that. There is no prIce levied. The facts are simple: Israel cannot occupy indefinitely, annex land or settle its own people there. That's what the whole world, including Obama, keeps telling you. Israel should start LISTENING for a change.
