ther is nothing in israels de jure rights which preclude alaw for wearing underpants on their head. the declaration of israels independence is based on the british mandate which allowed for a jewish provisional government. that government and any following government cannot legally createa counter the law which gave it legitimacy on basic precepts . all settlements are legal and additionallythe present administration have not the legal power to freeze building ! israels judges for some time need urgently to study law and not give loony left held decisions !
