D: "there are about 200,000 settlers over the green line, so not feasible to move them." You are therefore claiming that Israel can not move 200,00 settlers OUT of occupied territory, even though it happily arranged for 200,000 settlers to move INTO occupied territory. In other words, the Pals have to pay a price that the State of Israel is unwilling to pay, even tho the illegality is Israel's, and not the people under occupation. And YOU talked about morality!! D: "also the terrain of the arbitary green line is not suitable to put up fence all the way" Then move it INBOARD of the GL, duncan. The illegality comes from deliberately looping it around settlements, not from meanderings due to local topography. On other matters; only GCIV is applicable to genocide. Nuremberg dealt with both "war of aggression" AND specific war crimes, including attrocities committed against people under nazi occupation - up to and including genocide.
