What my parents generation did to Japanese Americans was not justifiable. For you to bring that up as some sort of justification or example of shared values shows that you do not share values with modern Americans. The Japanese Americans were loyal citizens of the USA, victims of hysteria and paranoia. And, those who served from the camps in the 442 distinguished themselves beyond any other group except perhaps the Tuskegee Airmen. They were American citizens with American rights taken.
