    17: "Arabs of Judea and Samaria were not prevented by Israel to proclaim their state before 1967." The. pre-1967. Arabs. of. Judea. and. Samaria. As a piece of chutzpah that really does take some beating. Sunshine, those Arabs were - and still are - the "Arabs of the Arab state", and their ENTITLEMENT in 1967 was the same entitlement they had in 1948, which is the same entitlement that they still have today i.e. all the territory that was granted to them for their state by Resolution 181. And ISRAEL certainly was preventing them from declaring **THAT** state prior to 1967, because prior to 1967 Israel had annexed well over half of it.
