The explosive dilemma of 'collaboration' with the Nazis in order to save German Jews split the Zionist movement in the 1930s.00:01 01.05.16 | 0 comments
"Self defence. If sharing highways results in death of Jews, then they won`t be shared. Period." No chance that the danger of "sharing highways" comes as a RESULT of the treatment of Palestinians, is there? Could it be the inability of Palestinians to obtain some manner of justice and equality through LEGAL means, or is it the declared intent of some Palestinians to destroy Israel? The 'ol problem of Cause and Effect. Who threw the first stone, right? The accusations of who did what to whom FIRST can go on and on...but it gets us NOwhere today. Either side can make that case that the OTHER started it. The way out can ONLY come through putting that argument aside completely. FORGET:" We did, they did..." and seek to resolve things based upon common definitions of Justice, Fairness, Peace, and Humanity, starting anew today. Defensive attitudes, greed, & circling the ethnic wagons will not help. It's so EASY to get defensive and self-righteous, and it feels, oh, so right.
