Policy, which was brought up recently by government ministers purportedly as a way to deter potential terrorists, was ruled out by state's top legal officials.03:29 10.02.16 | 0 comments
I surely agree that the amount of antisemitism and holocaust denial (or attempts to relativize it) - mostly, but not only in Eastern Central Europe - is shameful and repulsive. At the same time, the generalizing "European-bashing" in posting #15 is nothing but ridiculous. Collective hatred, unfortunately, is no European specialty. Well, the long-lasting hatred in the Middle East can in part be seen as an import of European nationalism. But what about other continents? Did the Aztecs, Mongols, Chinese etc. build their empires on love and understanding? Or were ancient Hebrews and Amalekites fighting each other already infected by a proto-European virus? #15 "a Jew": Try and read some history books or at least the Tanakh, buddy. Reading educates.
