All the territorial gains made by Israel during 1948-49 is "disputable", tho' the Pals have signalled that they will not pursue their (legitimate) claim. The fate of Jerusalem is "disputable", but only that part allocated to the corpus seperatum. None of the West Bank/Gaza is "disputable" i.e. it is ALL indisputably territory that the Pals can claim for the "Arab state". a: "the only thing that legally counts are the binding resolutions of the Security Council." !!! No. Int'l humanitarian law also LEGALLY counts.
