a: "Israel has a legitimate claim over Judea and Samaria, not less, and even more than palestinians." Israel has a legitimate claim over ALL of the territory allocated to the "Jewish state" in 1947. The Palestinians have a legitimate claim to ALL of the territory allocated to the "Arab state" in 1947. a: "All at all however, these are disputed territories" No, actually. All the territorial gains made by Israel during 1948-49 is "disputable", tho' the Pals have signalled that they will not pursue their (legitimate) claim. The fate of Jerusalem is "disputable", but only that part allocated to the corpus seperatum. None of the West Bank/Gaza is "disputable" i.e. it is ALL indisputably territory that the Pals can claim for the "Arab state". a: "the only thing that legally counts are the binding resolutions of the Security Council." !!! No. Int'l humanitarian law also LEGALLY counts.
