1947 partition plan never said jerusalem is the capital of any nation it was going to be an international city which belong to nobody! Israels capital was never tel aviv UN suggested that but knesset was always in Jerusalem after the war of 48 but on the west side. palestinians rejected partition plan so they rejected the plan even if it suggested a jerusalem as their capital they had never that capital. during the jordanian occupation no jews were allowed to their holy sites while today arabs and jews and christians can pray in jerusalem. isnt it better than those times where only muslims were allowed to pray. everybody can pray now.
