David said "Those of you accusing Israel of "warmongering" don`t really understand what it`s like to fear an existential threat." Oh please. Get over yourself already. We all grew up doing nuclear war evacuation drills. And the enemy of ours that stood up in front of the UN and hammered his shoe and told us they would bury us? Well, they actually HAD nukes. They actually COULD wipe us off the face of the earth at any second. So don't pretend that Israel is the only country ever to fear an existential threat. That dog don't hunt here. We've been there, done that, got the tee-shirt, and still survived. If you want to talk about existential threat, there is one country in the mideast that has much more to worry about. They are the last homeland of an ethnic minority, who's enemies have invaded countries around it, and lives under the constant shadow of nuclear obliteration. That's Iran. Not Israel.
