Really, David, this issue is beyond your limited comprehension. JB: "Under Int`l Law the answer is clearly NO." DT: "Actions of individuals isn`t, that of govts are." JB: "They ALL agree..." DT: "Their 'democratically elected govt agrees' is sufficient." Yet the punishment being dealt out isn't being directed against the GOVT, but the Pal CIVILIANS.. How Very Odd... JB: "Gazan mocking of Israel". DT: "Ahh, rocket fire, sniper fire, bombs, et al, is 'mocking'." And so the point went WHIZZZZ, way over David's head. Q) Who is firing the rockets? A) The militants, not the civilians. Q) So what are the civilians doing? A) Mocking Israel by cheering the rockets. Q) So who is Israel punishing? A) The civilians, by cutting off their fuel. Q) Huh? So why is she punishing the civilians? Are they being punished: 1) for firing rockets at Israel? 2) for mocking Israel? 3) because Israel is frustrated? Care to take a stab?
