If you feel that arabs have a right of return, a right to Jerusalem, then there's no deal to be had. Israel will not put herself into a position of massive arab immigration that would change the character of the country and take away it's basis. The goal of the International parties at the time was to create a homeland for the Jewish people. Many wars have been fought since then, Israel was attacked in '48, '67, and '73. Had Israel lost any of those wars, what would have been of "occupied Israel"? You want to create a Palestinian country where there never was one before, which is all fine and well, but not in Israel. There are other dynamics to explore other than a continued demand from the arabs for something they will never get. Is improving the lot of the arabs of Yesha your goal?Or getting a piece of Israel your goal?
