I watched BBC World News last night and it shows Gaza complete with interviews with Palestinians and journalists reporting in Rafah. One Palestinian who was interviewed showed the journalist around his workshop; he'd had twenty sewing machine ladies working there, making clothes, until Israel stopped the supply of cloth into Gaza, now his shop is closed down and he has no employment. BBC World News said what we know: Gaza is being starved and is "one of the most isolated places in the world". And what upsets me most, Johnboy, is that my own country is complicit in this outrage; any other country in the world doing this to a neighbouring population, and America would be right there, in the UN, demanding sanctions. But America protects Israel's every move, right or wrong...
