SDHD: "The WITHDRAWAL from the Gaza Strip and from an area in northern Samaria" That text appears nowhere in the Disengagement Plan that was ratified by the Knesset. Indeed, nowhere within that "revised" (i.e. final) plan will you find these words: Withdraw Withdrawn Withdrawal They. Do. Not. Appear. The closest we have to SDHD's "quote-that-isn't" are these: "The State of Israel will evacuate the Gaza Strip, including all existing Israeli towns and villages, and will redeploy outside the Strip." "The State of Israel will evacuate an area in Northern Samaria (Ganim, Kadim, Sa-Nur and Homesh), and all military installations in this area, and will redeploy outside the vacated area" In both cases the operative phrase (as far as occupation is concerned) is that which describes what happens to THE ARMY OF OCCUPATION, and in both cases it is explicitly stated that the IDF is to be redeployed. Not "withdrawn", but "redeployed".
