Go to school and learn logic, since the general assembly includes all member states. the implication then becomes that all countries are biased againt israel or antisemitic" makes no sense. Only a majority of nations have to be biased against Israel in the GA. What you handily avoid is: 1) The OIC, Organization of Islamic Conferences, is a block made up of the almost 60 Islamic nations, who are biased against Israel, regularly supporting antisemitic resolutions 2) Then there's the "unaligned" movement which, with the fall of the USSR, just votes against whatever the US supports. 3) Then there's Eurabia, with its swarm of Arab immigrants turning politics bad to the 2,000 year old history of Christian European antisemitism. So, yes, it's easy for the UNGA to get majorities against Israel for anything. "REASONS for them", given what's happening in Sudan, Chechnya, Tibet, Nigeria, Congo, IRan and elsewhere, the focus on Israel's much smaller problems shows the reason is antisemitism.
