    Let's see, the question was: bbl: "can you point to a single court ruling about the route of the fence that the planners and builders of teh fence have not followed?" Again, there is that problem of defining "not followed", so I can't be sure of what you are demanding as proof... How about this: 1) The IDF draws a route around - Gosh!, how topical! - Modi?in Illit 2) Govt OK's this route (Oct '03) 3) The Court brings down Beit Sourik (Jun '04) 4) The IDF goes back and draws a NEW route 5) Govt OK's the NEW route (Feb '05) 6) The IDF builds most of the wall around Modi?in on the OLD route It's recorded in here: http://www.btselem.org/Download/200512_Under_the_Guise_of_Security_eng.pdf Is that "not following" the court, or can we just wave it away as a case of a duplicitous IDF shafting it's own incompetent and clueless govt?
