Yes, I see; you want an example of "a single court ruling about the route of the fence that the planners and builders of teh fence have not followed?" Rather depends on how obfuscatory the word "followed" is. Is a foot-dragging "yeah, yeah, sure, sure" good enough for you? Or is drawing the proposed "new" route on a map sufficient? Or must they DO the tearing down and rebuilding? Coz here's something to mull over, regarding "Alfe Menashe": http://web.amnesty.org/library/Index/ENGMDE150332007 "The revised route of April 2006 places three of the five villages and some of their lands outside the fence/wall; the other two villages remain in the enclave. By May 2007 the changes to the fence/wall route had not yet been implemented and the five villages remained in an enclave." They REDREW it, but they don't show any signs of DOING it. How odd, hey?
