Jeff-- You need to get real with your: "The U.S. is an ally of Israeli and will not abandon her no matter who is the White House". I have news for you many of the ground troops have already shifted sides. Especially, after the pullout from Gaza when many Americans saw first hand how billions of their tax dollars were poured into illegal settlements. That was absolutely a criminal misuse of U.S. tax payers monies and donors monies. Plus I feel the America government has never really supported the build up of settlements when one considers how six previous American Presidents said the settlements were "obstacles to peace" and told Israel to stop building them and last year 60 retired American and British diplomats condemned Bush and Blair for their support for the "new realities on the ground ." Ralph Nader in a letter to Abraham Fox last summer said many members of congress privately told him they were signing on the bottom line for Israel against their better judgment. Thus I think Yoss Berlin is right on the money when he says don't count on the America government especially with its own domestic and budgetary worries. And as George Shultz once said (i don't have the exact quote) tell them (Israelis) to call me when they are serious. Dutch

Netanyahu climbing out of the Rahav, the 5th submarine in the Israel Navy's fleet

Netanyahu trades Israel's democracy for a shtetl with German submarines

Tossing Arab MKs out of Knesset was a new low in Netanyahu's assault on democracy, but de facto, Israel is already an ex-'Jewish democratic' state.
