"The land belongs to Israel, which they took when Arabs attacked" - Israel NEVER had sovereignty to the WB prior to '67, and Israel was the one that launched the six day war. Not the Arabs. "And they took it from Egypt and Jordan" - Exactly. They seized the land via a war with two High Contracting Parties. That triggers the 4th Geneva Convention. Glad we cleared that up. "Non of them wanted it back." - makes nooooo difference. The 4th GC was triggered, the land is under belligerent occupation by Israel, and that means "the inadmissibility of the acquisition of territory by war". So even if Egypt and Jordan don't want the land any more, Israel can't claim it, coz neither signed the land over to Israel. "And jews can live any place they want." - granted, TOMY. But Israeli CITIZENS can't. Article 49, 4th Geneva Convention. That is the fundamental issue which you completely fail to grasp; it is their NATIONALITY - not their RELIGION - that makes all this illegal.
