It is very Simple Paul. First off, you are not moving them from Israeli towns, you are moving them back TO Israeli towns from the occupied Palestinian lands occupied in 1967 as called for in UNSCR 242. Secondly, the Israelis had no trouble transferring 500,000 of its own civilian population onto lands it held under belligerent occupation in violation of the IV Geneva Convention, so moving the back to where they belong should be no problem at all for such smart and industrious people. As far as who moves them, that is entirely an Israeli problem to deal with, as it was the Israeli who created the problem by violating the IV Geneva Convention and building the illegal settlements in the first place. So you see Paul, it is quite easy, you just reverse the process.
