Since Israelis have elected the likes of Begin, Shamir, Sharon, etc. These leaders belonged and/or cooperated with the terrorist Irgun and Stern Groups during Israel's "foundation". Even Israel's founder Ben Gurion belonged to the underground Haganah. Vladimir your philosophy would mean that all Israelis are at fault for electing the above listed murderers/terrorists and are accountable? I never voted for Hamas but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see this is like a game of chess. Israel empowers then undermines Abbas. They seek to divide and conquer the Palestinians. It's a plan that's been tried with the civil administrations pre intifadas. It will never work. The more Israel delays, the more inevitable the 2 state solution goes down the drain, and we are left with a 1 state solution as the only path for peace, because this civil war within the Palestinian nation will end, a unity will eventually form, and we'll continue to outpopulate the Israelis. Toodles :)
