Went to EIA ( Old McDonald Had a Farm.. E I E I O lol) . Hi, Tad. Thx for the input. Opec imports were more than double Canadian, but as a single country you are correct. Canada was # 1. I went mainly to the Canadian sites, like Statscan, some international ones, and to some of the biggest tar sands producers( Suncor Energy and Syncrude). Interesting the way they play around with numbers these days. I think it all boils down to G O K ( God Only Knows ). Bottom line for Canada - This is a huge country, too few people, underdeveloped , and our oil production is miniscule by international standards ( the oil pipelines in Russia LEAK more oil in one day than Canada PRODUCES in a day ). Crazy that the West keeps getting held hostage by the oil producing thugs. It's such a game . Our relationship with them is totally co-dependent. If they want to keep eating caviar and driving Mercedes they need to SELL the stuff. It's not in their best interests to throw the West into recession.
