R: "So what is your problem?" My problem can be easily divined if you stopped to consider WHY I drew the analogy with Mussolini co-opting of the pomp of the Roman Empire for his Fascist regime. My problem, Rob, is that zionists attempt to claim the modern state of Israel as the SUCCESSOR STATE to the biblical kingdom of Israel i.e. anything that belonged to that biblical kingdom now legally belongs to this modern state of Israel. This is a nonsense, as is your nonsensical allusions to Arthurian England; NO-ONE in England would claim rights and privileges on the basis that King Arthur exercised the same. Yet there are plenty of zionists who claim that ALL THE LAND FROM THE NILE TO THE EUPHRATES BELONGS TO ISRAEL. And why? Because it used to belong to a dinky kingdom mentioned in the bible; one that shared the same name as the nation they now support. So HERE'S the problem I have with them, Rob: Not their religion. But their grip on reality.
