'There’s a unique place of pique for the Israelis in certain places in the administration' hovering over negotiations, expert tells New York Times.08:55 29.04.16 | 0 comments
People who believe that the Arabs started the intense fighting in 1948 should read any one of the many books written AFTER the Israeli War Archives were opened in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Many non Zionist historians suggest that it was the Arab armies that attempted to protect the Arab population from the well organized and equipped Israelis. Prior to the War Archives, most people including myself, believed that the Arab armies started it all. My views have changed substantially since then.
